Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Digital downloads
Once a file has been downloaded, it is generally non-refundable. If you experience technical issues, contact support and we will help.
Eligible cases
- Duplicate charges or accidental double purchases.
- File corruption or download errors that we cannot resolve.
- Access issues caused by platform errors.
How to request a refund
